The team, which will race under a Swiss license, is following in the footsteps of its WorldTour parent organization, NSN Cycling Team. They've undergone a significant rebrand and are set for a clear evolution. The team's roster boasts a total of 20 riders, with 10 new faces joining the ranks.
Among the fresh recruits are some seriously impressive young athletes. We're talking about four national champions, including British junior cyclocross champion Oscar Amey, who's just 17 years old! Joining him are 18-year-olds like Canadian junior road champion Ben Morin, Australian junior TT champion Max Goold, and Nations Cup race winner Filip Smørås of Norway. But here's where it gets interesting: six of the returning riders for 2026 actually rode with NSN's professional team last season. Also, Zac Marriage, the Australian U23 time trial champion, is joining the squad after a successful end-of-year stint.
Team manager Tim Elverson emphasizes that the team is a springboard to the WorldTour. He highlighted the team's success in progressing riders to key roles at the highest level, making it a central part of their mission. He also mentioned that the 2026 roster reflects a clear evolution of the squad.
“We race as a team to win, but we’re equally focused on every part of the process required to get there. While 2025 was another strong year, the 2026 roster reflects a clear evolution of the squad. We have an exciting group of young riders, including new national champions such as Morin, Goold, Lewandowski, and Amey, alongside many other promising talents. I believe we can win a lot of races – never say never.”
Amey expressed his excitement about joining the NSN Devo Team, viewing it as a crucial step toward his professional aspirations. His main goal for the season is to compete for podium finishes and victories in UCI races while absorbing knowledge from experienced staff and teammates.

Alumni like Canadian Derek Gee-West, who finished fourth overall at the 2025 Giro d'Italia, and British rider Joseph Blackmore, who won the U23 Liège-Bastogne-Liège in 2024, are shining examples.
